I first went to my GP who wanted me to wait 3-6 months before referring me for any physio. I knew I couldn’t wait that long with the pain I was suffering. I suffered during pregnancy which midwife’s would just say “it’s babies position it will pass”. I was fed up with the pain so I googled and found the mum physio, straight away booked in with Rebecca for a mummy MOT and at my first appointment my pain improved with my lower back.
