Pelvic Girdle Pain
Pelvic Girdle Pain is an umbrella term used for individuals that are pregnant who are experiencing any pain or discomfort around the pelvic area, lower back, hips and thighs. It can make everyday activities—such as walking, rolling in bed, climbing stairs, or caring for your baby—feel challenging and frustrating. While it’s common, it’s not something you have to live with.
