What to expect from your first visit?

All initial assessments will involve taking a comprehensive subjective history, meaning you and your therapist will spend the first part of the assessment talking about any concerns you may have, exploring your related history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. We will then begin to assess you physically, the structure of this will be specific to your booking. The therapist will ask for your consent throughout and usually starts with a postural and functional assessment, leading onto an external and internal assessment of your pelvic floor (if required).
