I first went to my GP who wanted me to wait 3-6 months before referring me for any physio. I knew I couldn’t wait that long with the pain I was suffering. I suffered during pregnancy which midwife’s would just say “it’s babies position it will pass”. I was fed up with the pain so I googled and found the mum physio, straight away booked in with Rebecca for a mummy MOT and at my first appointment my pain improved with my lower back. I was reassured that things will improve and was given the best advice possible. Rebecca also emailed me the advice which was super helpful. I have felt so welcome and at ease during my appointments. Rebecca always kept me smiling and laughing when I needed to shed some tears. I was in a lot of pain for a really long time, I couldn't really move well at all. The first thing we did was work towards closing the stomach gap and then went onto deep tissue massage plus scar therapy.
